I made a little trip to the thrift store last week, and wanted to share some of my thrifty finds.
These plates are for a plate wall underway in our dining room–I love their sweet little messages!
I was thinking of adding this paisley tin tray to the plate wall, too, but it’s a bit big. I’ll definitely make good use of it though, I just couldn’t resist all that blue paisley.
The top of this soap pump isn’t worth seeing but I immediately fell in love with the vintage bird and flowers. It’s ceramic and may not end up in the bathroom with the kids still so little, but it could make a cute little vase (or something) until then.
And last, but not least, I couldn’t pass up this 99¢ Christmas tree star. I’ve been wanting a different topper for our tree, but hadn’t found one I liked enough to shell out the extra mula for. This one is perfect. So, next time you’re at the thrift store, be sure to walk down the holiday aisle…
